A photo of this one started my dahlia obsession. Tall, vigorous plants are loaded with coppery orange flowers that have pointed, reflexed petals and remind me of  Dr Suess's Truffula Trees. They are iridescent and shimmer in the garden. I just loved watching this one unfurl.
